"Greg came the next day after I called. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. The job was a fairly straight forward lock repair and the price was fair. We had just had a 2 ft snow storm the 2 days before (in May!). On the way out he grabbed a shovel and helped me clear the end of the drive so I could get out. Now that's what I call customer service :)"
